2. Feature of the process :

?? It adopts counter flow expansion and LOX pump compression which is of lower operation cost, easy maintenance .LOX is compressed in lox pump and PH O2 is evaporated in HP O2 heat exchanger for filling of cylinders. Product oxygen does not contain water, no pollution with high quality which is also fit for medical use. The plant space is small with simple facility and deletes the oxygen compressor so as to reduce the spare part worn out and lower the cost of maintenance fee.

Turbine expansion turbine is used so that the efficiency is high. Rectification column, plate-fin heat exchanger and pipes are all of alloy aluminium. Seams are of Ar-welding with 100% x-ray detecting inspection so that there will be no leaking after factory for long time operation.
